fun and natural engagement photos in seattle, washington

I spent some time this summer on a road trip to visit all my favorite people in Washington.  My first stop was in Seattle to visit my beautiful friend, Gwynne and her (almost) fiance, Erik.  While I was there, I got to take some really natural engagement photos of them spending time doing things they like to do together while also seeing the best parts of Seattle.  They weren’t exactly engaged yet, but we saw it coming from a mile away 🙂  Anyone who spends any time with them can see that they were meant to be!

Our first stop was Green Lake (where they had their first date) which is a nice place to take a walk or a bike ride tucked into a quiet little neighborhood.  Then we headed downtown so I could see the space needle and so we could take some fabulous photos of them outside of the gorgeous Science Fiction Museum – another fabulous piece of architecture designed by Frank Gehry.  It is a seriously cool building.  Every time you look at it you see a different color or shape you didn’t notice before.  If you ever get to Seattle I would definitely recommend going to see it.  Our last stop, but most important, was to the famous Fremont Troll.  You may have never heard of it, but if you are in Seattle it is famous.  Trust me.
